HOLLISTON, Mass. — Rodenhiser Plumbing, Heating, A/C & Electric has earned the Angie’s List Super Service Award, reflecting an exemplary year of service provided to members of its local services marketplace. This is the second year in a row that the company has received this honor.

“As a business owner, nothing is more important to me than the satisfaction of our customers. I strive to create a success-driven company culture that recognizes the importance of customer and community referrals,” said company owner Andy Rodenhiser. “Receiving this award two years running shows I have a team that truly shares that passion. I am very grateful for them and our loyal customers, as well.”

“Only about 5 percent of the plumbing, heating and a/c, water heating, gas leak repair, and metal fabrication and restoration companies in Massachusetts have performed so consistently well enough to earn our Super Service Award,” said Angie’s List Founder Angie Hicks. “It’s a really high standard.”

Angie’s List Super Service Award winners have met strict eligibility requirements, which include an “A” rating in overall grade, recent grade, and review-period grade. The company must also be in good standing with Angie’s List, pass a background check, and abide by Angie’s List operational guidelines.

Service company ratings are updated daily on Angie’s List. Companies are graded on an A through F scale in areas ranging from price to professionalism to punctuality.
