American Residential Services (Memphis, Tennessee) acquired the assets of Greenstar Home Services (Orange, California). The California location will retain the Greenstar brand while the Las Vegas location will be consolidated with ARS’ local brand, Yes! Air Conditioning and Plumbing (Las Vegas).
