Carrier Enhances Air Conditioning and Heat Pump Line for Coastal Environments
New units provide greater corrosion prevention for harsh environments
INDIANAPOLIS — Carrier has announced the introduction of a new line of 14 SEER air conditioning and heat pump units designed to provide advanced corrosion prevention and protection in coastal climates.
Carrier said the investment is part of its longstanding commitment to continually invest in the most reliable and dependable home comfort solutions for all climates and conditions.
“We recognize the challenge of protecting against salt corrosion for customers who live within close proximity to the ocean,” said Matthew Pine, vice president, marketing, Carrier Residential. “We responded by investing significantly in new materials and manufacturing methods that will provide long-lasting protection against the harsh coastal climate.”
