Description: This turbulator for water/glycol coils in HVAC systems is designed to improve heat transfer and the efficiency of HVAC systems utilizing glycol solutions to protect coils from freezing in cold environments. It’s also used to increase heat transfer in water-only systems and it breaks up or reduces the thickness of boundary walls, allowing a more turbulent flow of fluids. The turbulator is leak-tested for use underwater.
