Mechanical Systems Joins Linc Service Franchise Network
Company to expand its commercial HVAC services department
ATLANTA — ABM Industries Inc. announced that Mechanical Systems Co. LLC has signed a franchise agreement to join its Linc Service franchise network. Mechanical Systems Co. is a leading provider of mechanical contracting services in Memphis, Tennessee.
“Mechanical Systems Co. began as a construction company. Our clients were so pleased with our work that they asked us to provide them with mechanical services as well. We knew professional mechanical services were necessary, but, never having performed these services ourselves, were not sure how to begin offering them. Founded in 2007, Mechanical Systems Co. is a licensed mechanical and plumbing contractor that works with design-build, negotiated, and plan and spec projects for commercial and industrial clients. The company focuses on creating value-driven mechanical solutions through design, engineering, construction, and energy efficiency. It provides services from pre-planning through installation and commissioning. The company now plans on expanding its commercial HVAC services department to provide full-coverage preventive maintenance services using Linc Service’s tools and processes.
