Description: The Q Duct Outdoor Preinsulated Duct System is engineered for exterior and rooftop applications. Q Duct is custom-fabricated using two layers of rigid UL 181 Pal phenolic core material, faced on both sides with coated aluminum and an exterior multilayered laminate jacketing material. Self-insulated, this outdoor duct requires no additional weatherproofing or insulation and eliminates the need for an insulation subcontractor. Q Duct sections are delivered preassembled to the job site, ready for installation by a certified contractor. The interior and exterior layers resist mold, mildew, UV, and extreme weather conditions. Q Duct does not emit volatile organic compounds (VOCs) or toxic gases and contains no microfibers, chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) or hydrochlorofluorocarbons (HCFCs).
