KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa. — Tozour Energy Systems, a provider of HVAC and building automation systems, has again been named one of the “Best Places to Work” in the 12th annual ranking presented by the Philadelphia Business Journal.
Only the top 50 employers of Greater Philadelphia, as selected based on surveys taken by employees of companies spanning the region, receive the distinction of Best Places to Work. Tozour Energy Systems has received the honor in the “Large Company” category four years running.
The Philadelphia Business Journal received hundreds of nominations for the 2015 Best Places to Work survey. After the company was nominated, employees from Tozour Energy Systems were asked to complete an online questionnaire administered by Quantum Workplace, an independent surveying firm, in order for the company to advance in the contest. Employees ranked Tozour Energy Systems on questions relating to work-life balance, respect and caring for employees, recognition of accomplishments, empowerment, teamwork, and commitment to the community.
“Our employees are dedicated, caring, and expert ambassadors of Tozour Energy Systems and its mission,” said Kevin Duffy, president of Tozour Energy Systems. “Our Best Places to Work committee collaborates with the leadership team to continuously improve the Tozour work experience. Our highly engaged team delivers excellent customer experiences that are the engine for our growth. We are blessed to have such a great team.”
The company, along with the other 2015 Best Places to Work winners, will be recognized at a special event in October.
