SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. — MacroAir, manufacturer of high volume, low speed (HVLS) fans, has named three new regional sales managers to serve its growing territories in the Northeast, Southwest, and Southeast. The company has announced the hiring of Brad Bishop, Brent Field, and Michael Post.

Brad Bishop will head up the Northeast territory and joins MacroAir with extensive experience in sales, marketing, supply chain management, and program management covering industries such as industrial fans, commercial truck and transit supply, and automotive manufacturers. Bishop was previously vice president of OEM (original equipment manufacturer) sales at Hartzell Air Movement. Prior to that he held positions at Engineered Machined Products, International Truck and Engine Corp., and Mitsubishi Motor Manufacturing of America.

Brent Field will be responsible for the Southwest territory and comes aboard spending the first part of his career in a variety of industries as a regional sales manager, including the industrial cutting tools business selling through industrial distributors. In 2003, Field made the change to the HVAC industry working with Nortec Humidification for a decade as Western region manger where he was able to transform his sales area from being the smallest region in the company to the largest in just three years. Following his tenure with Nortec, he most recently was with KSR Associates.

Michael Post will serve the Southeast territory and brings more than 15 years of sales experience to MacroAir with a proven track record. Post comes to MacroAir from Hohman Plating & Manufacturing LLC and prior to that he was with Big Ass Fans where had great success nearly tripling his territory in three years. Post has also worked with Cooper Industries, BTM Corp., Ingersoll-Rand Co., and Vermont-American Tool Co.

All three new regional sales managers will be responsible for developing new and existing distributors within their territory, along with serving and supporting established networks.
