• ACCA (Arlington, Virginia) announced an America National Standards Institute (ANSI) public review period for its BSR/ACCA 14 QMref-201x, “Quality Maintenance of Commercial Refrigeration Systems,” as a revised industry standard. The comment deadline is Feb. 16.
• The Utah Mechanical Contractors Association (Salt Lake City) contributed $10,000 to the Mechanical Contracting Education & Research Foundation (MCERF).
• ASHRAE’s (Atlanta) HVAC&R Research has a new title, expanded scope, and updated look. The journal will now be known as Science and Technology for the Built Environment.
