New 10,000-Square-Foot Commercial Sales Location Will Feature Double the Current Training Space
MADISON, Wis. — Trane, a brand of Ingersoll Rand, announced that it has broken ground on a new commercial sales office in Madison, Wisconsin. The new office at 5302 Voges Road, Madison, WI 53718, is scheduled for completion in summer 2015.
“Our new office demonstrates our commitment to the Madison market where we will continue to offer industry-leading energy-saving, high-performance comfort solutions for the commercial building, industrial, health care, and educational markets,” said Jeff Groth, area leader for Great Northern Plains Trane.
All employees — 56 in total — working at the current location at 4801 Voges Road, Madison, WI 53718, will move to the new facility with additional staff added later if needed.
The new 10,000-square-foot commercial sales location will feature double the current training space capacity and feature the addition of three customer planning/breakout spaces. The new office also will feature the latest Trane HVAC solutions, including two Trane rooftop units and wireless controls to optimize guest comfort and staff comfort and productivity for the new office.
A grand opening celebration for the new office location will be held in August 2015.
