Bosch Thermotechnology has introduced a new installation stand for use with its full line of Greenstar high-efficiency gas condensing wall-mounted boilers. Now, all eight Bosch Greenstar space heating and combi-boilers can be installed on the floor when wall mounting is not convenient or possible. The new installation stand provides a small footprint with an attractive modern appliance-style appearance with matching boiler color and profile. With its sturdy construction (not just a frame on the floor, the stand employs a floor support bracket that fits snugly into a base holder), the installation stand provides sufficient space for a condensate pump below the boiler unit. Using the installation stand for floor mounting, a Greenstar boiler offers the same easy service and accessibility of components. Floor-mounted Greenstar boilers have the same connections and accessories as their wall-mounted counterparts. The stand can be pre-piped and brought to the job ready for hookups. No additional training or components are necessary to install a Greenstar boiler on top of the installation stand.
