The OPK-50GS/E is a special kit that makes it easy for technicians to find all air conditioning leaks — even those in cramped areas that are inaccessible to larger lamps. The kit features the OPTIMAX Jr™, a compact, blue LED flashlight with mega power that quickly reveals the smallest leaks in air conditioning systems. It is 7 ¼ inches (19 cm) long, weighs only 5 ounces (140 g), and can fit in a shirt pocket. It features 100,000 hours of life and is powered by three AA batteries, which are included. Also included in the kit are four GLO-STICK® universal/POE (polyolester oil) a/c dye capsules. These single-dose capsules come in different sizes/concentrations to match the system capacity. One BV-50 bleed valve attaches the capsule to the service hose. An 8-ounce spray bottle of GLO-AWAY™ dye cleaner, a purge capsule and fitting, and fluorescence-enhancing glasses round out the kit. All items are stored in a convenient, plastic carrying case.
