PROVIDENCE, R.I. — Nortek Inc. has announced the appointment of Mark DeVincent as group president of its Custom and Engineered Solutions (CES) segment. DeVincent replaces Eric Roberts, who resigned following a five-year career with Nortek.

Nortek’s Custom and Engineered Solutions segment encompasses a group of custom HVAC brands for commercial, industrial, and institutional applications. Its brands include: Governair, Huntair, Mammoth, Temtrol, Eaton-Williams, Venmar CES, and Ventrol air handling systems.

DeVincent joins Nortek with 22 years of experience in manufacturing operations and sales management. Most recently, he was senior vice president and general manager at Flextronics International, where he was the senior executive responsible for the company’s $2.5 billion server and storage business.

“Mark is an experienced manufacturing leader with a deep background in sales,” said Michael J. Clarke, Nortek’s president and chief executive officer. “His previous leadership at Flextronics will serve CES well, as the segment focuses on broadening and deepening its customer and channel partner relationships, both in the United States and abroad. Mark brings a perspective and abilities that will accelerate the growth of this key business, and we are excited to welcome him to Nortek.”
