With EcoCentral Virtual Engineer, Thakrar can easily aggregate portfolio-wide energy savings information, monitor a particular group of PTAC units, or control individual thermostats. In addition, Neema Hospitality trusts Telkonet’s 24/7/365 EcoCare™ support team to monitor and troubleshoot HVAC issues remotely. Savings Results
Telkonet projects an energy usage reduction of 94,701 kWh per year for the Holiday Inn Express - Chestertown, Maryland — a 51 percent savings — and an energy usage reduction of 51,870 kWh per year for the Comfort Inn & Suites - Cambridge, Maryland — a 35 percent savings. With 10 hotels throughout Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Maryland, Neema Hospitality said it will rely on EcoSmart to contribute to profitability through energy efficiency.
