HILLIARD, Ohio — Tigre S.A. Brazil and Advanced Drainage Systems Inc. (ADS) have entered into a new joint venture, forming Tigre-ADS USA Inc. The company will manufacture and sell PVC fittings for waterworks, plumbing, and HVAC applications, primarily serving the United States and Canadian markets. The new joint venture represents a continuation of the existing activities of Tigre USA through its Janesville, Wis., manufacturing facility.
