Wednesday, Jan. 22, 2014: Grundfos Introduces Expanded Line of Intelligent Pumping Systems
NEW YORK — At a press conference Tuesday morning, Grundfos’ president of U.S. sales, Dennis Wierzbicki, briefly introduced some of the company’s new products, including its broadly expanded line of fully integrated intelligent pumping systems.
The expanded line features the MLE variable-speed motor in ranges from 3-30 hp; the pairing is ideal for new commercial HVACR and deep retrofit applications. According to the press release, Grundfos will make the unified MLE motor and variable-frequency drive (VFD) available in multiple models ranging from end-suction to inline to split-case pumping.
“It’s time to demand more from your building,” Wierzbicki said, referencing the company’s theme of “Demand More from Your Building” at the 2014 AHR Expo.
Wierzbicki added, “I think we have a responsibility to make more new products with that consistent theme of reducing the overall operating cost for the building owners and home owners.”
