The Tranquility^® Vertical Stack (TSM) Series heat pumps are engineered to provide energy-efficient heating and cooling as part of boiler/cooling tower or geothermal heating and cooling systems. They are available in ¾-3-ton capacities. They are designed for a variety of applications including educational, office, hospitality, apartment, and condominium buildings. The series streamlines installation as the risers, cabinet, and chassis are available for shipment individually or in combination. The next-generation TSM Series heat pumps feature a communicating system, providing advanced configuration and diagnostic capabilities. Featuring optional iGate™ (DXM2) controls, TSM Series units offer 4-wire connections with an ATC thermostat. The heat pumps have a multiple-speed, permanently lubricated PSC direct-drive blower motor; full port shut-off valves with memory stop; stainless steel braided hose kits; and an optional pre-programmed, variable-speed, high-efficiency electronically commutated motor (ECM). Features include a standard CXM controller, loss-of-charge and high-pressure switches, a water coil low-temperature cutout, lockout safety circuit reset (at thermostat or disconnect), LED fault-indication light, five-minute anti-short cycle, random start, high- and low-voltage protection, condensate overflow protection, and 24-vac or dry-contact alarm.
