BREA, Calif. — Controls Central has announced a more robust website at ControlsCentral.com. The online HVACR controls store now offers contractors and facility managers automatic reordering capabilities, cross-reference, training videos, “also bought” highlights for each product, and more.

In addition to the new website features, Controls Central has also released its new electronic fall/winter catalog, which the company said includes more products than ever before.

Although Controls Central is an online store, customers can call the company directly to get a live voice over the phone to answer their questions. The company said its customer service representatives make it a priority to understand customer needs by building relationships and following up with them on a regular basis. “Customers call to ask for me by name,” said Dominic Porte, Controls Central product manager. “It’s about being ‘their store’ — not just any HVACR business out there. We strive to know our customers on a personal level and provide what they need before they even have to ask — that’s what drives us.”
