The motorized damper (TMD520) is designed to introduce fresh air into the building envelope through an intake damper that is controlled by the microprocessor-based ventilation control interface. The fresh-air damper is applicable for apartment complexes, condominiums, single-family homes, and light commercial dwellings. It is shipped as power open-spring closed, but can be field converted to power close-spring open. The blade closes off tightly against the gasket for minimal leakage. Features include a single-blade damper, adjustable damper position range stops, and male (crimped) and female (uncrimped) ends to connect to any rigid or flexible round duct. Sizes range from 5-20 inches in diameter.
