UTC Building & Industrial Systems (Indianapolis) announced a price increase of up to 5 percent on residential HVAC equipment, and up to 3 percent on commercial HVAC equipment for its Carrier, Bryant, Payne, and ICP brand names. The new pricing will be implemented over the next 60 days.
