Through-the-Wall Package Unit The AeroPak™ Series units are compact through-the-wall heating and cooling package units. They are designed for multifamily apartments, condos, and other high-occupancy buildings. The AP-Series units can be specified in three combinations: APG-Series (gas heating-electric cooling), APE-Series (electric heating-electric cooling), and APH-Series (heat pump). The APG Series has a standard aluminized nickel/titanium-enhanced steel heat exchanger, while the APE and APH Series units contain 5-, 7.5-, 10-, or 15-kW electric heaters. Features for all the AP-Series units include field-switchable (slide out) heat options, 9.0 EER cooling efficiency or higher, internal vent system (direct vent), R-410A refrigerant, slide-out cooling chassis, heavy-gauge stainless steel condensate pan and fitting, and fully insulated cabinet for quiet operation.
