• Nortek Inc. (Providence, R.I.) increased net sales to $630.7 million in second quarter 2013, up from $615.7 million in second quarter 2012.

• Gentherm Inc. (Northville, Mich.) reported 2013 second-quarter revenues increased 18 percent to $160.5 million over the second-quarter 2012.
