CHATSWORTH, Calif. — Clark Seif Clark (CSC) has announced that Dianne Franks, Emmanuel Lao, and Marie Tullai have joined the consulting firm’s roster of building science, environmental, and industrial hygiene experts.

Franks and Loa are CSC’s newest project managers. Franks brings over 20 years of environmental regulatory compliance knowledge to CSC. Lao has expertise in industrial hygiene and environmental management. Tullai is CSC’s new technical director. Her areas of expertise include asbestos, lead-based paint, radon, industrial hygiene, mold, and indoor air quality (IAQ).

Architects, builders, contractors, developers, and realtors utilize CSC’s expertise.
