Workshops Aim to Improve Policy Management, Communication, Risk Strategy
FRAMINGHAM, Mass. — Hitec Laboratories recently hosted two workshops on effective policy management and communication, and third-party vendor risk strategy in Houston.
The workshops were hosted by Michael Rasmussen, who’s well-versed on governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC).
The workshops highlighted the absolute necessity to ensure effective policy management and communication and also how organizations are impacted by the conduct of their business partners.
Key topics included an overview of the latest GRC market trends, how an inconsistent approach to policy management leads to confusion for recipients, and identifying risk from a wide range of internal and external sources.
