NORWALK, Conn. — EMCOR Group Inc., a leader in mechanical and electrical construction, industrial and energy infrastructure, and facilities services, announced that its subsidiary S.A. Comunale has been awarded a contract for the installation of fire protection, plumbing, and HVAC systems at Northeast Ohio Medical University Health and Wellness Center in Rootstown, Ohio.

S.A. Comunale will be responsible for the complete installation of the fire protection, plumbing, and HVAC systems in a newly constructed, approximately 176,000-square-foot medical facility. Scope of work includes design and installation of a complete fire protection system for the interior and exterior of the building; all associated underground plumbing; and all HVAC design and equipment, and piping systems.
