Emerson has recognized the air conditioning business of Emerson Climate Technologies Inc., with the 2012 Chairman’s Operational Excellence award. This award is the company’s highest business honor, presented annually at the discretion of Emerson’s CEO. The winner is judged by independent auditor evaluations on industry leadership, strategic planning, customer focus, measurement, analysis, knowledge management, and business results.
