Home » Falsken Water Systems Inc.: Tankless Water Heater Scale Prevention System
The RevFlo (no gauge) and the RevFlo-G (with a gauge) reversible flow units are additions to the Heater Treater® line of scale prevention systems for tankless water heaters. The units incorporate a newly created mounting bracket that can be adjusted on the head assembly of the housing, allowing the water to flow in either direction. According to the manufacturer, the new units will simplify installations and provide an even more economical solution for protecting all tankless water heaters from hard-water scaling than previous models. Only minimal maintenance is needed; annual cartridge replacement is usually all that is required, said the company. The RevFlo units are designed to be used with tankless water heaters rated at 9.8 gpm or less with ¾-inch inlet and outlet.
