FAIRFAX, Va. — ICF International has been awarded a new contract to provide energy efficiency services to Energy Trust of Oregon for its Existing Buildings program. The contract has a value of $16 million and a term of two years. Additionally, the contract allows for a potential three option years.

Under this contract, ICF will provide services that enable commercial customers to access Energy Trust cash incentives and services, including energy efficiency program design and management, marketing, outreach and promotion, trade ally recruitment and management, rebate processing, quality control, and program tracking and reporting.
