General Tools & Instruments: Digital Refrigerant Leak Detector
December 30, 2012
The RLD400 Digital Refrigerant Leak Detector enables HVACR technicians and contractors to detect leaks of all common refrigerant gases, including many of the new ozone layer-friendly blends, with increased sensitivity, the company says. Using a true mechanical pump and a proprietary semiconductor sensor designed to last 10 years, the handheld instrument signals leak detection by beeping and flashing, and indicates the relative leak size.
