Refrigeration Technologies is introducing two new organic acid based ice machine cleaners that remove more scale faster than traditional phosphoric acid cleaners, the company says. The cleaners have received NSF, Kosher and EPA certification. Viper Ice Machine Cleaners are biodegradable and emit no odors or fumes. The cleaners are supplied in two versions, maximum strength and nickel safe.
