• Johnstone Supply (Springfield, Mass.) named Art Jasper as sales manager.

• Dennis Supply Co. (Sioux City, Iowa) signed an agreement to distribute Venstar (Chatsworth, Calif.) control products at Dennis Supply and Wayne Dennis Supply stores in Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota, and Wyoming.

• Powerhouse Equipment Co. (Delanco, N.J.) announced a partnership with Tate Engineering Systems Inc. (Baltimore). Through the partnership, Powerhouse has acquired Tate’s entire rental boiler business.
