WACO, Texas — Aire Serv awarded six new U.S. franchises during the second quarter of 2012.

The new franchise owners include the following: Lester Taylor, Aire Serv of Huntsville, Atlanta, Ga.; Charles Spears, Aire Serv of the Tricities, Johnson City, Tenn.; David Harrison, Aire Serv of Twin Cities West, Minnetonka, Minn.; Margaret Slavick, Aire Serv of the Carolinas, York, S.C.; Lyndon Butler, San Angelo, Texas; and Don Hatcher and Roy Bowman, Madisonville, Texas.

The following franchises expanded their service territory: Matthew Falk, Aire Serv of E. Central Minnesota, North Branch, Minn.; Bhavna Trivedi, Aire Serv of York, Richmond Hills, Ontario, Canada; James and Tara Peters, Aire Serv of W. Suburbs, Bolingbrook, Ill.; Steven Johnson, Aire Serv of Over The Mountain, Birmingham, Ala.; Richard Malady, Aire Serv of E. Central Missouri, Sullivan, Mo.; and Eric and Amy Pace, Aire Serv of Fort Bend, Stafford, Texas.

All of the new franchise representatives visited the Aire Serv headquarters in Waco, Texas, to receive in-depth training in Aire Serv’s franchise systems. The comprehensive training program provides an in-depth study of best practices, leadership, financial and marketing training, as well as continued off-site support. The established and professional system from Aire Serv features technicians wearing covers over their shoes inside the customer’s home or business to protect their property and providing the price before work is done with flat-rate pricing.
