• Dais Analytic Corp. (Tampa, Fla.) announced total revenues for the six months ended June 30, 2012 were $1.69 million, down $294,275, or 14.8 percent, when compared to the same time in 2011.

• CECO Environmental Corp. (Cincinnati) is raising its quarterly dividend 29 percent to 4.5 cents per share from the previous quarterly dividend of 3.5 cents per share. The dividend will be paid on Sept. 28 to all shareholders of record at the close of business on Sept. 14.

• Nortek Inc. (Providence, R.I.) announced net sales increased 9 percent to $615.7 million in the second quarter of 2012, up from $564.9 million in 2011. Gross margin increased 29.8 percent in the second quarter of 2012, up from 27 percent in the same period in 2011.

• AAON Inc. (Tulsa, Okla.) announced that revenues of $83.3 million in the second quarter of 2012 were up 21 percent from $69.1 million in 2011. Net income was $9.3 million, up 142 percent from $3.8 million in 2011.
