At 34 inches wide, the PACSlim-12 air-cooled portable air conditioner can roll through a standard doorway. The unit provides 12 tons (144,000 Btuh) of cooling. High-efficiency radial blowers with built-in variable-speed motors provide uniform airflow (1.5-inch external static pressure) across the evaporator coil of the portable cooler. A weathertight electrical control panel and Camlock power connectors are mounted on the side for easy access. Units are available in either 208-230 V or 460 V power supply. Condenser air is ducted off the back of the unit instead of the top, enhancing installation flexibility. Long duct lengths of up to 150 feet can be used for applications that require the cooler to be remotely located. Features include easy-open door latches for quick access, vibration isolators at the compressor connection points to prevent refrigerant leaks, heavy-duty lockable casters, and a heavy-duty powder-coated steel cabinet.
