Customer Center Opens
CHARLOTTE, N.C. — AirTight, a mission critical service and support firm, recently opened a new office in Charlotte, N.C., that features a Customer Experience Center. The facility’s interactive educational exhibit educates contractors, engineers, and end users on all of the products AirTight can sell, service, and maintain. Guests are welcome to tour the new center.
On display inside the center are hardware and software items including a Hot Isle Containment system utilizing products from APC/Schneider Electric and Sub Zero Engineering. Also installed are standard and custom racks to accommodate internal information-technology gear, as well as digital signage and telecom servers and gear. The containment cube is equipped with InRow refrigerant-based air conditioning; condenser, water-based air conditioning; and chilled, water-based air conditioning. The room housing the containment features 250/500kW uninterruptible power supply (UPS), as well as traditional air conditioning and ductless mini-splits, used strictly for demonstrative purposes.
