Self-contained, the Constant Pressure Dispensing System (CPDS) is a spray foam system that dispenses Class I fire retardant, thermal-insulating, and sound-attenuating two-component polyurethane spray foam. Using an adjustable constant delivery rate, the spray foam system operator can apply spray foam to horizontal or vertical surfaces. Hoses up to 150 feet long allow for jobsite portability and versatility. No chemical calibration is required. With an empty weight of less than 155 pounds and a 24- by 33-inch footprint, the CPDS fits in the back of a standard pick-up truck and easily navigates through standard doorways and entrances. According to the manufacturer, its foams contain no CFCs and are International Residential Code Compliant.
