CFSI’s scope of work includes on-site project management, equipment operations, preventive/predictive maintenance, equipment watches/tours/repairs, service calls, architectural/structural systems, building alterations and escort services. CFSI will be responsible for the operations of the buildings’ HVAC systems, domestic water equipment systems, electrical distribution equipment, sanitary sewage, storm drainage, and utilities.

As part of the competitive bid process, CFSI’s request for proposal (RFP) included administrative, financial, and technical components.
