MISSISSAUGA, Ontario - The Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Institute of Canada (HRAI) hosted a half-day pilot seminar titled “Outstanding Customer Service in the HVAC Industry.” The sold-out seminar was led by Warren Evans of The Service Excellence Group® Inc. and covered a variety of topics surrounding outstanding customer service.
Building on this success, HRAI plans to partner with its affiliated associations and chapters to deliver these seminars in other regions of the country.
