Mechanical Heating Goes â€˜Pink'

Mechanical Heating employees wore pink shirts throughout the month of October to support the battle against breast cancer.

DEARBORN HEIGHTS, Mich. - For the entire month of October 2010, Mechanical Heating’s employees wore pink company shirts in support of winning the battle against breast cancer. “It wasn’t much of a struggle to get the girls around the office to wear pink for the entire month of October, but the guys, on the other hand, were a bit more of a challenge,” said owner Joel Wensley.

Wensley and his company decided to donate thousands of dollars in proceeds from their business to help find a cure for breast cancer. “Having an aunt who is a breast cancer survivor makes this a very personal issue,” Wensley said.
