The S2K Service & Repair software, a service management software, has been enhanced. Designed to manage service calls and the repair of serialized equipment, this module provides the ability to enter and track a service request, assign work to technicians, as well as record labor time and service codes and parts used to repair equipment. It supports service contracts and preventive maintenance agreements with automatic recurring billing options. Available inquiries and reports allow the user to view open and completed service requests, service calls by technician, and a complete list of maintenance contracts by expiration date. The software is completely redesigned to ease scheduling, tracking, and billing of rental equipment. New features include a rental equipment calendar, equipment availability inquiry, and flexible pricing options. It features a new Service Warranty Report, which provides customers with detailed service call information for those items repaired under warranty. Based on the information requested, the report can detail single company information, service posting period, invoice date and vendor, or any combination thereof.
