The Model 5100-04-IT carbon monoxide gas sensor module utilizes smart sensor technology. It has a standard range of 0-500 ppm with an accuracy of ±1 ppm; the unit has an optional maximum range to 1,200 ppm. The sensor has a response time of <35 seconds (response time to 90 percent full signal value for applied concentration). The network-enabled gas detector includes extended calibration frequencies; it only requires calibration every six months. It offers nonintrusive, one-person calibration. The sensor has a user-friendly, eight-character, fixed and scrolling LED display for ease of setup with understandable menus. It can be used as a 4-20 mA component or as a Modbus RTU node. Available are optional 8-A integral alarm/warning relays and a 2-A trouble alarm relay.
