DALLAS - Lennox International Inc. (LII) announced that it has launched a global technology center in Chennai, India, to support the company’s global research and development and information technology operations. The company said the center will help LII continue developing HVACR systems and solutions for markets around the world.

The center will focus primarily on controls engineering, analysis center of excellence, and information technology applications. It is expected to play a key role in the development and exchange of knowledge, expertise, and best practices within the broader LII technology organization.
