Manitoba Furnace/Boiler Rebate Program on Until Nov. 1
WINNIPEG, Manitoba - Customers of Manitoba Hydro who replace their old natural gas furnace or boiler with a new Energy Star-qualified high-efficiency furnace or boiler can receive a $245 rebate up until Nov. 1
To qualify for the $245 rebate:
• Furnaces must have a minimum efficiency of 92 percent AFUE and a DC variable-speed motor.
• Boilers must have a minimum efficiency of 85 percent AFUE.
The rebate will be applied to the customer’s Manitoba Hydro natural gas bill.
