ARLINGTON, Va. - North American Technician Excellence (NATE) launched a new element on its Website - askNATE. This feature is a single point of contact to find answers to frequently asked questions and to quickly find information.
“askNATE offers contractors, technicians, testing organizations, and proctors a streamlined way to get to the answers they need 24/7,” said Rex Boynton, president of NATE. “Whether it’s a question on their NATE certification status, on how to review test results, on how to update their contact information or track their training, or how to update information for the Consumer Contractor Connection (C3), all of the information can be found under askNATE.”
NATE has also set up an askNATE e-mail address, askNATE@natex.org, in case individuals have questions not already answered on the Website. These questions will be referred to the appropriate staff contact.
