Arzel says it selected Johnstone Supply in those cities after it determined the customer-oriented distributor had the resources available to ensure contractor satisfaction.

These Johnstone outlets offer sales support and technical assistance, along with technical training classes, to customers. Johnstone Supply of Massachusetts also offers a range of North American Technician Excellence (NATE) courses, from preassessments and training to review courses and full-length technical training.
