Benchmark 2.0 Low NOx (BMK2.0LN) is a 2 million-Btuh condensing boiler that has been re-engineered. It has a smaller footprint and reduced electrical consumption while maintaining 20:1 turndown to maximize seasonal fuel savings. The boiler achieves 99.3 percent efficiency at its lowest firing rate (5 percent input with 60°F inlet water). At full fire with 160° inlet water, the boiler delivers 85.3 percent efficiency. It supports a variety of combustion air and venting options to simplify installation. Features include a constant set point, indoor/outdoor reset schedule, or 4-20 mA signal. One or more boilers can be integrated via a Modbus communications protocol to the company’s multiple boiler management system, or facility-wide energy management or building automation system. A communications gateway is offered as an add-on controls package for customers that require BACnet and/or N2 network protocols.
