The release of Wintac Pro 2009 expands upon Wintac Pro’s all-inclusive design by combining the functionality of several programs into one integrated system including customer relationship management, field service management, contact management, vehicle management, and complete accounting. It is available in single-user and multiuser network configurations and comes with an interactive tutorial, both an online and a printed user’s guide, and unlimited access to the live technical support services for a full year. One enhancement to this version enables the user to not only include equipment service history on printed work orders, but allows specifying a starting date for the history. For instance, the user can choose to include service history from only the past year. When generating a Progress Invoice, the software can now print the remaining amount to be billed for each scheduled value, as well as the remaining amount to be billed for the entire job. Other improvements have also been made to the Wintac Pro 2009.
