It provides insight into the industry’s future leaders, brand-switching behavior, the growing employment of Spanish-speaking technicians and installers, etc.
This biannual report includes trended data since 1999. The 2007 Water Heater report, trended from 2006, examines the tank and instantaneous/tankless water heater industry based on the opinions, preferences, and purchasing behavior of plumbing contractors.
