Steril-Aire Appoints Regional Sales Posts
Steril-Aire Inc.,
headquartered in Burbank, Calif., has added two regional managers to its sales
staff. Paul Gilvydis is the new North Central region manager, and Karl Oelker
is serving the Central region.
Over the past 10 years, Gilvydis has held a range of sales and business development positions in the business-to-business arena. He served most recently as a regional sales director for Sencon Inc., Bedford Park, Ill., an international manufacturer of metal packaging products serving the beverage processing industry. Prior to that, he held several positions with NYX Inc., Livonia, Mich., a manufacturer of interior components for the automotive industry.
Gilvydis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Purdue University, and a Master of Business Administration from Purdue’s Krannert School of Management. As North Central region manager, his territory includes Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, and eastern Wisconsin.
Oelker brings more than 25 years of sales experience to his post as Central Region manager, serving in a variety of technical markets. He comes to Steril-Aire from ProProducts Inc., Princeton, Minn., where he was a regional manager for this manufacturers’ representative and distribution firm serving the commercial and industrial sectors. His prior experience includes regional, national, and international executive sales management dealing specifically with distribution, business development, and independent sales representation.
Oelker holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Minnesota State University Moorhead. He is a current member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP). His territory includes Arkansas, North and South Dakota, Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Minnesota, Missouri, and western Wisconsin.
