Doyle James, president of Aire Serv, is all smiles as he introduces members of his administrative team to Aire Serv franchisees at the Dwyer Group Reunion.

ATLANTA - Aire Serv, an HVAC franchisor and member of the Dwyer Group of home service franchisors, recently held a meeting during the Dwyer Group Reunion in Atlanta. Aire Serv president Doyle James talked with franchisees about the company’s growth and about some new programs. The guest list also included 50 prospective franchisees.

Aire Serv has grown to 140 locations worldwide, double the total number of franchises from four years ago. The franchises have increased buying power from ProTradeNet LLC, a subsidiary company that manages the growing number of national vendor programs for the Dwyer Group.

“We have a lot of vendors who are lined up to be in our ProTradeNet platform,” said James. “We believe this program provides more value for our franchisees.” Dwyer Group franchisees have benefited from vendor rebate programs, too. Over $100,000 in rebates have been paid out to Dwyer Group franchisees in the past year.

During the Aire Serv meeting, James unveiled a new body wrap design for company vans and trucks. He also passed out samples of the workbook called the “Home Concept Design Sales System.”

All of these programs are what James describes as means to make successful HVAC contractors even better at what they do. “Let’s find a way to take people who are already successful and doing great things and move them up to the next level,” he said. “We want to help you in your marketing, acquisition, and sales strategies.”
